Taiwan's top envoy to India receives Global Achievers Award

Taiwan's top envoy to India, Tien Chung-kwang (田中光), was awarded the Global Achievers Award by the New Delhi-based Citizens' Integration Peace Society on Sunday in recognition of his contribution to Taiwan-India relations.
