Taiwan made progress in pushing trade goals at APEC summit: envoy

Taiwan's special envoy to the 2017 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meeting said Saturday that the country's participation in the leaders' summit had helped greatly to advance its regional trade policy goals.
