U.S. helping Taipei with counter-terrorism preparedness: mayor

Taipei City government has gathered intelligence necessary for counter-terrorism preparedness with the assistance of the United States, ensuring the highest possible level of security during the 2017 Universiade slated for Aug. 19-30 in the city, Mayor Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) said on Saturday.
