Taipei, May 24 (CNA) Following a Republic of China Constitutional Court ruling that the Civil Code is unconstitutional in not ensuring same-sex marriage rights, Cabinet spokesman Hsu Kuo-yung (徐國勇) said on Wednesday that the Executive Yuan respects the interpretation and will draft a proposal for revising the laws.
