New Fair Trade Commission head puts forth 5-point policy

The new chairwoman of the Fair Trade Commission (FTC), Huang Mei-ying (黃美瑛), announced Wednesday a five-point policy that she said would maintain more efficient market competition in line with emerging new economic development models.
