Minister apologizes to victim's family for missile blunder

Taiwan's Defense Minister Feng Shih-kuan (馮世寬) on Saturday apologized to the family of the captain of a Taiwanese fishing boat, who was killed after the Navy fired a supersonic anti-ship missile by mistake and hit the fishing boat that was operating in waters off the outlying county of Penghu.
