Taiwan still hoping to attend World Health Assembly: foreign minister

Taiwan has not yet received an invitation to this year's World Health Assembly (WHA) but still stands a chance of attending, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Javier Hou (侯清山) said Monday.
