DPP's Hsiao Bi-khim wins legislative seat in Hualien (update)

The opposition Democratic Progressive Party's (DPP's) Hsiao Bi-khim (蕭美琴) on Saturday beat her opponents to claim the only legislative seat in the eastern county of Hualien.
