Taiwan eager to share 'democracy experience' with China: president

President Ma Ying-jeou is expected to offer an olive branch to mainland China Friday, when he will give a national address likely to cover Taiwan's eagerness to share its experience in developing democracy with China, Hong Kong and Macau.
