Premier delivers nuclear plant decision to hunger striker

Premier Jiang Yi-huah delivered Sunday the government's decision to halt construction of the fourth nuclear plant to former Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Chairman Lin Yi-hsiung, who is on a hunger strike against the project.
