Transport Ministry to lay out how to refund fuel tax

The Ministry of Transportation and Communications will announce in one month how it will refund motorists who have been overcharged on fuel tax because of calculation errors that have existed for 29 years without being addressed, Transport Minister Mao Chi-kuo said Tuesday.
