Ex-Taipei mayor vows not to run for presidency if elected KMT chair

Opposition Kuomintang (KMT) Vice Chairman Hau Lung-bin (郝龍斌), who was Taipei mayor from 2006 to 2014, has pledged that if he is elected chairman of the party he will not seek to run for president of the country or any other position.
