Fukushima nuclear disaster not result of earthquake: expert

A Japanese nuclear power expert said Monday that the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant meltdown in 2011 was mainly a man-made calamity rather than a disaster caused directly by a powerful earthquake.
