Indigenous cultural conservationist Hitay Payan dies at 74

Atayal cultural conservationist and artist Hitay Payan, who dedicated his life to the preservation and promotion of Atayal cultural heritage died on Sept. 8, at the age of 74, according to a press release issued by the Ministry of Culture on Tuesday.
