#METOO/Taiwan should build legal framework amid #MeToo movement: HK scholar

Taiwan should respond to the ongoing #MeToo movement by amending its laws and developing better systems to ensure equal treatment under the law, said Luwei Rose Luqiu (閭丘露薇), a former Hong Kong journalist and now an academic, on Friday.
