Golden Horse Awards: Director hopes documentary can provide solace to Hong Kongers

Filmmaker Kiwi Chow (周冠威) has won the top prize for best documentary feature at the Golden Horse Awards for "Revolution of Our Times," a film on the 2019 mass protests in Hong Kong that he hoped can offer solace to Hong Kongers everywhere.
