The 2018 Fulong International Sand Sculpture Arts Festival that kicked off April 21 in New Taipei's Gongliao District and was originally slated to last until July 15 ended earlier than scheduled Wednesday due to devastation caused by Typhoon Maria, according to the festival's organizers.
