Ex-chef professor from Taiwan inducted to U.S. culinary hall of fame

Bill Sy (司宛春), a Taiwanese American who had served as an academic director of culinary arts in the United States, was inducted to the American Academy of Chefs Culinary Hall of Fame Aug. 1, becoming the only American of Asian descent to win the honor.
