Taiwanese wins NT$1 million for designing Tang Prize certificate (update)

Taiwanese designer Huang Wei-han won the top prize Thursday in a competition to design certificates for the winners of the Tang Prize -- an international academic award established by Taiwanese entrepreneur Samuel Yin.
