A man who sprayed paint on Hong Kong pro-democracy activist Denise Ho (何韻詩) in Taipei in 2019 was found guilty and handed a three-month sentence that can be commuted to a fine by the Taiwan High Court on Thursday, dismissing an appeal by prosecutors for harsher punishment.
