Ex-Vice President Annette Lu unveils proposal on cross-strait ties

Former Vice President Annette Lu (呂秀蓮) on Sunday proposed a new initiative to break the impasse between China and Taiwan by using "one Chinese" to replace "one China" and "integration" to supersede "unification" of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait.
