COST OF LIVING/Housing transactions in 6 major cities up for 6th straight month

Transactions of residential and commercial properties in Taiwan's six largest cities rose 16 percent from a year earlier in December 2023, marking the sixth consecutive month of a year-on-year increase following rising demand for homes for self-dwelling purposes, according to local government statistics.
