Taiwan shares end down amid worries over Israel-Hamas conflicts

Shares in Taiwan moved lower and closed below 16,700 points Monday with sentiment hurt by escalating military conflict between Israel and the militant group Hamas, which pushed up crude oil prices at the end of last week, dealers said.
