Latest step taken to pave way for Taiwan version of CHIPS Act

The Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) on Monday solicited public opinion on rules to carry out and enforce Taiwan's version of the CHIPS Act, a necessary step to pave the way for companies involved in innovative technology development to get tax breaks.
