Taiwan courts foreign graduates to plug semiconductor talent gap

Companies in Taiwan will now be able to directly recruit foreign graduates from the world's top 500 universities, as part of plans to remedy a semiconductor industry talent shortage, Minister of Economic Affairs Wang Mei-hua (王美花) said Sunday.
