Two international tech companies pledge NT$3 billion investment in Taiwan

Two U.S.-based international tech companies have pledged to invest an estimated NT$3 billion (US$98 million) in Taiwan to conduct research and development, which will help accelerate the manufacture of 2-nanometer process wafers locally, the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) said on Friday.
