Visiting Taiwan group eyes tech cooperation with Latvia, Lithuania

Lin Minn-tsong (林敏聰), deputy minister of the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), on Tuesday attended a trilateral technology cooperation conference with representatives from Latvia and Lithuania in Riga, the capital of Latvia, according to the council.
