Premier Su Tseng-chang (蘇貞昌) has expressed support for the government issuing stimulus vouchers without requiring an upfront payment, in a bid to encourage consumption and benefit the local economy, Cabinet spokesman Lo Ping-cheng (羅秉成) said Friday.
