Shares of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), the world's largest contract chipmaker, hit a new high Tuesday after a U.S.-based brokerage raised its target price on the stock to NT$364.00 (US$11.90), the highest among foreign securities houses that follow the chip giant, dealers said.
