Libras, 'snake' people, have best shot at lottery jackpots

People born under the astrological sign of Libra or in the Year of the Snake under the Chinese zodiac have had the best chance of winning Taiwan Power Lottery (威力彩) and Grand Lottery (大樂透) jackpots over the past five years, Taiwan Lottery Corp. said Monday.
