Taiwan's bid to join AIIB a non-starter: finance minister

Finance Minister Chang Sheng-ford (張盛和) said Tuesday that Taiwan will no longer apply to participate in the China-initiated Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) because it is not being treated with dignity and equality.
