Tigerair Taiwan to launch flights to Bangkok, Chiang Mai

Budget carrier Tigerair Taiwan, a joint venture between Taiwan's China Airlines and Singapore's Tiger Airways, said Friday it will launch routes to Bangkok and Chiang Mai mid- November.
