ASE expects production at full capacity in Q3

Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. (ASE), the world's largest integrated circuit packaging and testing services provider, said Thursday that it expects to fully utilize its production capacity in the third quarter, a traditional peak season for the IC industry.
