Taiwan a key player in SE Asia drug trade: U.N. report

Criminal networks and chemists from Taiwan, along with major criminal groups and financers based in Hong Kong, Macau, China and Thailand, are the main players in drug production and trade in Southeast Asia, according to a United Nations report issued Thursday.
