Fine announced for violating Hsuehshan Tunnel minimum speed rule

Drivers who travel in the Hsuehshan Tunnel at speeds below the established minimum of 70 kilometers per hour will be fined up to NT$6,000 (US$196) starting Monday, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) said Friday.
