Taiwan's President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) sent a congratulatory message to Pope Francis on the sixth anniversary of his pontificate Wednesday and expressed her hope that he will one day visit Taiwan, according to the Republic of China (Taiwan) Embassy to the Holy See.
