Navy officers visit Europe to seek help with submarine program: report

Taiwanese naval officers led a group consisting of military personnel and representatives from the private sector on a visit to Europe in September in an effort to seek help with the Navy's program to retrofit its two aging Dutch-built submarines, a local newspaper reported Saturday.
