KMT presidential candidate might send representative to U.S.

Ruling Kuomintang (KMT) presidential candidate Hung Hsiu-chu (洪秀柱) values the relationship between Taiwan and the United States and would like to make a visit, but if she is unable to do so, she will send someone on her behalf, Hung's spokesman, Yu Tzu-hsiang (游梓翔), said Tuesday.
