Kenyans win Kinmen Marathon, Taiwanese finish as runners-up

Kenyan runners Joseph Mwangi Ngare and Priscila Chepatiy Kipruto won the men's and women's categories, respectively, of the Kinmen Marathon on Sunday, while local runners Chiang Chieh-wen (蔣介文) and Joymei Lee (李佳玫) finished right behind them to both take second.
