Steel slag database to tackle illegal dumping in development

The National Environmental Research Academy (NERA) is developing a database regarding the steel slag produced by different companies around Taiwan to help government authorities track the whereabouts of the waste product following multiple cases of illegal dumping, the institution said Thursday.
