Taiwan's Pou Chen Group was fined NT$300,000 (US$9,461.40) on Wednesday for failing to properly address sexual misconduct allegations against former vice president Yang Hsiao-tung (羊曉東), Taichung's Labor Affairs Bureau said Friday.
