TRA apologizes as more than 58,500 passengers affected by train delays

The state-run Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) on Saturday issued an apology after signals at a railway crossing in Changhua County started malfunctioning again late Friday evening despite initial reports that they had been repaired, delaying train services for more than 58,500 passengers.
