Deadly Taichung fire exacerbated by building clutter: fire bureau

A fire in a Taichung apartment building on Sunday that left six residents dead and six injured was complicated by clutter in stairwells that made firefighters' jobs harder and may have boxed in residents, according to the city's fire department.
