Taipei, Dec. 15 (CNA) After two months of delays due to complicated visa and harsh weather issues, 19-year-old aviator Zara Rutherford resumed her solo flight around the world and arrived in Taiwan Tuesday, saying she believes everyone can pursue their dreams and challenge their limits.
