Taipei, Nov. 16 (CNA) The Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) said Tuesday that those breaking home quarantine under the loosened "10+4" and "7+7" protocols between Dec. 14 and Feb. 14 will face fines of up to NT$1 million (US$35,964).
