Pan Chong-cheng (潘忠政), convener of the Algae Reef Reservation Alliance, said Tuesday that it would only take 5.5 years for the government to relocate a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal project in Datan, Taoyuan, to an area covering piers N7-N9 at the Port of Taipei in New Taipei.
