Lupit downgraded to tropical depression, could approach Taiwan again

Tropical Storm Lupit has been downgraded to a tropical depression and is expected to approach Taiwan a second time with a southwestern moisture system for the western part of the country, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said on Friday.
