Warning lifted after Choi-Wan downgraded to tropical depression

The Central Weather Bureau has lifted land and sea warnings for Tropical Storm Choi-Wan after it was downgraded to a tropical depression Friday evening, but the bureau still warned of possible heavy rainfall and strong winds on Saturday.
