Taiwan defers utility bill, loan payments amid COVID-19 outbreak

People in Taiwan have been granted an extension of the payment deadline for utility bills and bank loans, among other concessions, as the country continues to battle an outbreak of COVID-19, the Cabinet said Thursday.
