Legal recourse over criticism of envoy to Japan rejected

The Taipei District Court on Tuesday rejected a request by Taiwan's top envoy to Japan Frank Hsieh (謝長廷) for compensation of NT$1 million (US$35,832) from Taipei City Councilor Lo Chih-chiang (羅智強).
